he Native American Hiring Provision (NAHP) is a Standardized Special Provision (STSP), which will become part of a project contract, that requires the contractor on a construction project to provide information about hiring and employment opportunities for members of a Federally Recognized Tribe in Wisconsin. STSPs are directions and project specific requirements that are not otherwise stated explicitly in the department’s current Standard Specifications for Highway and Structure Construction.
